What we do
- Check and clean system files, temp files
- Check web browsers for unwanted extensions/add-ons that may have found their way into your browser
- Check for unwanted programs running in the background
- Ensure your anti-virus software is up to date. Scan for any infections or malware/adware
- Ensure the operating system and apps are current with all updates
- Check backup system to make sure it is performing as expected
- Scan hard drive for errors
- A detailed checklist with any additional comments is left on your screen when the service has been performed
